Discount football kits are committed to providing an exceptional service and under normal circumstances all stock items will be delivered as promised. Our in stock football kits can also be delivered within 24 – 48 hours providing no personalisation is required. If you require numbering or a sponsors print in standard text we still may be able to deliver to you within 48 hours subject to trading conditions. Delays may at times be unavoidable due to circumstances out of our control. However, if we are unable to meet the agreed delivery time when you place your order you are able to cancel provided no personalization has been carried out.

24 Hour Delivery offer on the Adidas Autheno Football Kit and Nike Striker II Football Kit are subject to stock availability at the time of ordering and an additional premium for Express Delivery will be chargeable, please contact us for further details.

Aftercare
Names and numbers have been designed for professional players. Due to their delicate nature, great care must be taken to prolong their life span:
Never iron the product
Never tumble dry
Never dry-clean
Please follow the washing instructions inside the garments

Garment Care
All of the garments we sell are made using high quality materials under strict quality control conditions. It should be noted that most fabrics discolour due to staining by substances such as mud and grass which may not be entirely removed by washing.

We recommend removing as much mud from the garment as possible before soaking/washing Follow detergent manufacturers' instructions particularly with powders/liquids designed for  heavy stains. Avoid products containing chlorine bleach that may damage fabrics, trims and decoratives.

Soaking garments in water and detergent as soon as possible can reduce discolouration. Use at least an equal amount of water by volume to that of the garments being soaked/washed. Make sure all parts are fully immersed. Pale kits such as White, Yellow, Sky and Tangerine may require more attention and the use of Prewash Soakers will assist in the removal of stains.

Do not overfill the washing machine with garments since if the ratio of water to garments is too small, dirt can easily be re-deposited. This can stain all the garments grey.

We do not recommend fabric conditioners on jerseys and shorts which may cause a build up of film on fibres. This can prevent the washing process from penetrating filaments and dislodging dirt. However, socks will benefit from fabric conditioners and softeners.

We or the manufacturer will not accept liability for discolouration or damage to garments which is attributable to staining caused by elements foreign to the materials used in manufacture.

Please provide a copy of your quotation and we will then visit the web site and confirm that these goods are clearly advertised at the quoted prices on their web site and adhere strictly to our price buster guarantee. This offer excludes any form of personalization or delivery charges. Please note that only one companies quotation which must include all items on the quotation that we have supplied can be submitted per each individual request. We do not match ebay, amazon or any retailer who does not operate a show room facility where goods can be collected.

Free Promotional Offers
Discount Football Kits may offer at their discretion a 'Free Product' incentive on team kits. These offers will only apply to the brands as specified on the promotion, ie Nike, Prostar, Stanno & Adidas branded football team kits. The promotional offer is based and only applicable at the time of payment of your order. We will not under any circumstances back date offers where kits have already been ordered. These 'Free Product' offers are not applicable when either extra promotional discounts or other promotional offers are applied to the order, this also includes our Price Buster guarantee.

Damaged / Incorrect sizes & shortages
We are an internet based company and all orders should be sent or confirmed by email or fax to ensure the brand, style, colour, size and personalization are all correct. Orders placed by telephone and not confirmed as above will be entirely at the customers risk. We endeavour to complete the order to the customers specification but are unable to take responsibility for non-confirmed incorrect orders. Items with personalization are non-returnable. We never recommend sizes for garments even where some manufacturers state recommended ages/sizes. You will appreciate that all children are not the same size. This is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and they do so at their own risk.
All products that have not been personalized may be returned in the condition they were received, for inspection by our returns department prior to any action being taken and must be received within 14 days of receipt thereof with all original labels and packaging intact, as they were originally supplied to yourselves. We are then able to return the goods to the manufacture for future re sale. Damage caused by customer wear or use, however minor will not be exchanged or refunded.
Discount football kits rely on the customer to order the correct size and quantity and confirm in writing. If the specified size/quantity is supplied, Discount football kits will not accept any costs involved in exchanging the product. Please call customer services within 48 hours of receipt of order . All costs, including restocking charge, incurred against incorrectly ordered goods will be the responsibility of the customer.
Discount Football Kits should be notified within 48 hours of receipt of order of any shortages or errors with an order.
If our carrier is unable to deliver to your address, we reserve the right to deliver to a neighbour's house, where a signature will be required. If on checking your delivery, goods are deemed to be missing, following checks at our premises, you may be required to report a theft to your local Police station. You will then be required to supply a crime number to us, so we can deal with your claim. If you fail to report this as requested and don't supply a crime number we will not accept that goods were missing.

Customer Samples
All samples supplied by discountfootballkits.co.uk are fully refundable (except for postage and packing charges) provided the following is adhered to;
1. All samples to be returned within 14 days.
2. All samples to be returned in their original condition.
3. All samples to be returned with all tags and packaging complete.
4. All samples to be returned in a saleable condition.

Digital Printing
We will use our best endeavours to obtain the closest possible match to files/artwork submitted to Discount Football Kits, however we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour of the finished print.
Any file/artwork submitted to Discount Football Kits that you have supplied which requires exact pantone colours will be printed as near as the printing process allows.
Please be aware due to the heat application of digital printing to the garment shade variants may occur when printing on to different colour garments.
Discount Football Kits accept no liability in the finished digitial colour print.

Cancellation of Orders
Please note any changes or cancellation of orders once an order has been placed and payment made is subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the total cost of the items cancelled from the order.

Customer Returns
www.discountfootballkits.co.uk  a discount UK supplier to Businesses, Football Clubs, Local Authorities, Universities, HM Forces, Schools and Colleges. All orders placed with our company are accepted on the basis that you are business customer. We accept that if you don't provide a company name that you are a sole trader and we supply you solely on a business to business relationship basis. We never recommend garment sizes to customers, some manufacturer's state suggested ages/sizes, but you will appreciate that children of the same age are not the same size. We are a specialist discount supplier and as such have to charge for all returns and cancellations to cover our administration charges. We are unable to accept any personalised goods for return. We are also unable to accept any return of any Prostar football shirt which has been altered to a short sleeved variant, this is a customer special order and not a standard stock item.

You must inform us within 48 hours of receipt of your order. We will confirm to you if we are able to accept a return based on our returns policy. If we agree to the return, we will issue a return authorisation number and the procedure for the returns. Failure to comply with our returns policy will result in your return been refused and any costs will be your sole responsibility.

Conditions of Sale
Every effort is made to ensure goods bought from Discount football kits are of excellent manufacturing quality. Should there be an issue with quality then Discount football kits reserve the right to return the item to the original manufacturer for inspection before deciding on relevant action.
If our courier of parcels is unable to start or continue with carriage of the shipper's package for a reason beyond its control, we will not be in breach of our agreement with the receiver, but will take all steps that are reasonably practicable in the circumstances to commence or continue the carriage.
We reserve the right not to accept any order until full payment has been made by the customer either by cheque where payment will be deemed to have been made when a cheque has been received and funds cleared to our bank account or by a credit card when payment has been succesfully authorised by the credit card company. The company will then accept that a contract has occured and we will endeavour to meet all agreed delivery schedules. Delays at times may be unavoidable due to conditions out of our control by third party suppliers such as Nike, Prostar, Stanno, Adidas and all other smaller suppliers to our company.

All goods shipped to countries outside of the UK where import duty may be applicable are the sole responsibility of the customer. Vesey UK will not advise or pay any of these associated costs.
